A sure sign of spring.

Exhibit A: itty bitty baybee boo boo
In all my Easter Posting Glory, I forgot to tell you that I was totally negligent on Friday and let Olivia fall, go boom boom, in our driveway.  Result is one delicious and chubby skinned knee.

No, she didn't cry.  She did give me a dirty look.  I don't blame her, because there was blood.  And scab.

But yay for spring!  And baybees in dresses and shorts!  Unless they are boys, then maybe not the dresses but hey it's your kid do what you want!

Honorable mention but not worth labeling in this photo:

1. Mah bra.
2. Mah roots.
3. Mah strange post-baby hair regrowth: the bangs that will not grow past two inches dammit.

She is too cute! And at least you didn't have a booger in your nose. LOL! Bra, roots, and bangs? Let them be, you still look great!

Bummer about the baby knee. Hope she doesn't lick it better like my degenerate children...

In this pregnancy, all the baby hairs along my forehead are growing to absurd lengths. So if I pull my hair back, I have a halo of weirdness going on.

And hey, at least you don't have gray spots like me. :)

I think you both look fab!
All of my "no grow" hair is at the nape of my neck so when I wear a pony tail or bun (which is daily because SOMEONE likes to yank) I have crazy hair. sucks.

I accidentally hurt the baby all the time. It is usually small stuff, like scratching her with my ring or bopping her head on a door frame, but she has the "It is all YOUR fault, you horrible mother" look down. I so deserve it, too.

I have the uber short post baby hair growth, too! I asked my hair dresser to please make it go away but she was useless. Whore.

Oh my God...I'm so glad I'm not the only one with the weird post baby hair. Looks like I stuck my finger in the socket. Olivia is just too cute!! Glad her boo boo isn't too bad.

Yeah for warmer weather! Boo hoo for skinned knees!

I know what you mean on the post-baby hair regrowth. I've never had bangs, but I have these bang-like hairs in the front which is 10 months of hair growing back.

Seriously. I hate the baby hairs. After my first, it was tolerable. After #2? Not so much. I mean, a pulled-straight-back ponytail is not an option, due to 1-2 inch hairs sticking up all over my head. Nice.

Wow - there are so many of us with crazy ass hairs. Everytime I go to the bathroom at work and look in the mirror they shock the crap out of me!

Totally understand the post baby hair. I hate it. It's like if i want my head to look descent in a ponytail i need to grease it up with hairspray or just look frizzy freaky like. Hairdressers don't help either. HMMM We need some famous invention to solve this issue. Anyone any ideas?

Sad baby injury! Still, though, she's a tough chick for falling and skinning her knee and only giving you a dirty look!

I think I probably would have sobbed...Then again, I've got a few pounds on Miss Olivia and when I fall it's a lot bigger boom...

Hello.
Please read how IVF medications led to my breast cancer and how a breast cancer study using genetic testing to check estrogen metabolism is saving my life. Please share my story with all women who have used or are considering IVF, HRT and anyone with estrogen positive breast cancer.

Thanks
Stacia

You mean your bra and your roots aren't supposed to show? Lets just say my oldest is 11, so it was probably 11 years ago that no one could guess my real hair color cause I maintained it.

Olivia is such a cutie - specially in those bunny ears!

OMG! You mean I'm not the only one with those freaky two inch long bangs?? I don't even HAVE bangs, but I have those stupid little hairs- and they grow in my part too, only there they are white :(

You're not alone with the revealed roots - I've posted a "sympathy pic" on my blog from my first pregnancy where my roots (and blotchy skin) are at their finest. Of course, by the second pregnancy photo, I've grown out my natural colour completely (which requires much less maintenance... if only I'd had the sense to leave it like that!)
Anyway, I added your site to the "kreative blogger awards" thingamee, if you're interested (as I love reading your stuff!). The challenge is to reveal seven things readers may not know about you. There's more info on it on my site, http://petajo.wordpress.com/
cheers

I sooooo don't need another blog to keep up with, but I totally remember you from TTTC. I haven't been on the Nest for a long, long time...don't even know if you post there anymore. Anyway, your blog is freaking hilarious - I've been reading it for the last hour and a half!! The Crocs post made me laugh so hard that I cried. My husband was giving me the weirdest look...it was awesome. Anyway, congrats on your little Olivia - she's adorable and smart and funny and all of that. Looking forward to adding yet ANOTHER blog to my GR - thanks for the laughs!

Ugh, I had those awful baby bangs for months and months. I even had those awful sprouty looking bangs near my temples too. The first haircut I got after discovering them had me so upset because I kept thinking, "she is so going to think I cut my hair myself or something! They look like a 4 year old took scissors to my hair."

Ahhhh the joys of motherhood, right?
