Agreed. But GOOD LORD could your children be any more beautiful? For. Real.

love that you thought to pull the camera out hahaha some times you just have to laugh :-)

Good, healthy ability to express themselves ;-).

We placed a bulk order from the earplug superstore in preparation for the addition of two newborns to our circus under the theory that shift parenting can sometimes preserve sanity.

Seriously! Lol! I love that you went and grabbed the camera! Lol! Sometimes (shrug) what else can you do?!?

My daughter and son are 21 months apart. I have been there a countless number of times. Glad you can record it to laugh at... later Im sure. LOL.

I feel your pain. I have a 2 1/2 yr old boy and 9 mth old boy. Sometimes we all laugh. Sometimes we all cry. Hang in there! It does get better, I promise.

When you can't beat 'em, join 'em! ;o) They sure are cute!

Haha! Oh, I hear you, and I only have one. But they are cute so this will all be forgotten in no time, hah.

Oh my. On a good day, that sounds like birth control. On a bad day.... that's the warning alarm of a desperate mom's mental health. 7 years ago, our colicky twin boys sent us running to the doc for a vasectomy consultation within 4 weeks of their birth. Birth control. No joke.

3 year old (in less than 3 weeks) and 2 month old here. I've been there.

I love that you pulled out the camera.

Glad I'm not the only one who grabs the camera when The Bad Side comes out.

If I ever pick up scrapbooking, the first page I'm doing will be called "The Shit You Put Me Through, You Little Shit. Love, Mom."

Hope tomorrow is a better day.

I work to get away from this kind of thing (and the money helps, clearly), argh. Glad to see that all is good/normal at your place,x

Yep, that seems about right to me. ;)

I've done the same thing(video taped it)...sometimes there is just nothing more you can do. I found that it helped to walk away for a minute or two...sadly my escapes were the mailbox or bathroom. I would put the baby in her room (so she was safe from the other two dangers-er, children), and get the hell outta there for a few mins!

Should be shown in every high school class.

That just ROCKETS me back to when I brought my newborn son home to my 18-month-old daughter and they would both feed off each other's screams...LOL....you get used to it. But you are right; it is the most effective form of birth control EVER.

Oh yes, I remember those days. I had my twins when my daughter was not quite two. I'm pretty sure there was at least one person crying in the house at all times (and sometimes it was me).

Thank you! I needed that today. We were just thinking about starting a family. We are going to hold off on trying. j/k it actually doesn't bother me just feel bad for the mama in the house.

My girls are 20months apart (My oldest is 2 and the little one is 7months). I've definitely been there. Have a glass of wine after bed time ;-)

I'm scared to show this to my hubby. Our daughter will be 3.5 when our son is born this October. I know what's coming, but he may not :) this actually made me laugh at the sometimes absurd life of being a parent.

Ha! And it was made even better by the Google pop up add for vasectomies :) I guess if the crying won't do it for you the other will!

Ani said...

thanks for the laugh, just happy it was not my kids doing the synchronized crying this time around. wine helps :)

A very familiar sight in my home with a 19 mth old and 3 month old. Isn't it the greatest!

They are super adorbs though!

My 17-month-old wanted to watch this OVER AND OVER AND OVER and squealed with joy each time.

While this is playing the text ad on the bottom of the screen reads "Pregnant and scared?"

I forgot to share my post perfect parenting quip ever: "only one of you can cry at a time" - see B usually takes me seriously and his sobs turn into gulps, and now he sometimes throws out "FINE, I'll WAIT UNTIL HE'S DONE". :)

LOL. Love it.

Yup, the sounds of kids and babies crying can sometimes make you want to weep too -- but, dang, girl, those kids are freaking adorable!!

Nothing like a lusty newborn cry!
