Because I have a two month old and my motherfucking coffee pot is broken. Thanks for seven months of mild use, KEURIG. You can suck it. If there is coffee pot hell, I hope you rot in it. If not, well...I am really mad. So there.

Keurig will send you a new one. They have the best customer service. It is easy and it comes in 2 days. Ours stopped working after a little over a year and I was pissed bc the warranty is for a year but they still sent me a new one.
Also your family is so beautiful!
Try unplugging your Keurig for a few hours and then plugging it back in. Worked for us!

Keurig's customer service is awesome. Call them and tell them you want a new one for free. They will send it to you immediately. They don't care when you bought it - just call and complain and they'll ship.

Love all around. Olivia is extreeeeeemly photogenic. And I affirm what someone said about the keurig people. Call and tell them the problem and they will very likely ship you a new one immediately.
She's beautiful!! Call Kurig. less than a year old you get a new one. Older than a year old, and you can get an extreme discount on a new one. (like 50% off retail) I know because I got a new one with the discount price. I puffy heart my Kureg even if they do break easy.
